France 3 Idents

I worked on these idents at the lovely Trunk Animation in June, under the direction of Layla Atkinson, produced by Richard Barnett. Needless to say that, because it is easier to lip-synch characters when you know what they're saying, Raphal Di Roma and myself, being French, were the best people for the job :p

The compositing magic is Rob Ward's work, and the original photographic backgrounds are from Ben Turner.

It was a lovely job, and I enjoyed the company of Layla's dog a lot. A dog in the studio is a lovely thing.

J'ai travaillé sur ces petits clips/habillages pour France 3 en juin, chez Trunk Animation, un studio Londonien génial où il y a un chien, celui de la réalisatrice Layla Atkinson. Et un chien dans un studio d'animation, c'est marrant. Ces mini films auraient dû passer sur France 3 pendant cet été, mais n'étant pas en France cet été je n'ai pas eu la confirmation que la diffusion a bien eu lieu.

J'ai animé les personnages avec l'aide de Raphaël Di Roma, et le compositing est de Rob Ward, les photos des décors sont de Ben Turner.

L'établissement 'La Marmite d'Hélène' ainsi que sa carte sont de moi, j'envisage d'ouvrir un restau de fruit de mers dans quelque années si l'animation vient à manquer. :p

National Children Study

Hey hey.

Here's a little film I've working on for the last couple of months for a live-action production company called Collective New York. The ad is actually directed by Ben Callner and produced by his brother, Adam Callner. No chance of me ever working in this way with my siblings. :)

I designed, storyboarded and animated the piece, with the precious help of Grigoris Leontiades and Ginny Robertson. I also found out that working for New York is just perfect if you're a bit slow in the morning, you just work a little bit later in the night.

Voici un petit film sur lequel j'ai travaillé pendant ces derniers mois pour une boîte de prod qui s'appelle Collective New York. Réalisation Ben Callner, production Adam Callner (des frères! Marrants d'ailleurs)
